Shannon is a character in the The Nine Lives of Chloe King series. She was first introduced in "Heartbreaker", and is played by American actress Suzanne Quast.
Shannon and her partner stole a few things from a jewelry store. They started fighting for the loot, prompting Shannon to scream. Chloe heard her and went to her rescue, not really knowing that Shannon and the other thief were partners. Shannon hit Chloe with a pole and ran away after hearing some policemen's siren.
