Jesse is a character in the The Nine Lives of Chloe King series. He was first introduced in "All Apologies", and is played by American actor Ryan Sypek.
Jesse is the stalkerish ex-boyfriend of Chloe's manager, Lana. Jesse vandalized Lana’s clothing store, followed her everywhere, and even went as far as to pose as a delivery boy in order to retrieve her new address. Chloe fought against him after he went to Lana's apartment and ended up knocking her out. After he cornered Chloe in Lana's kitchen, Lana appeared from behind and knocked him out.
